Reels Estate

Real estate films · Sydney

Give every listing an opening night.

Reels Estate turns your listing photos into short films where the home is full of life. Friends around the dining table, swimmers in the pool, a host showing buyers through. The rooms stay exactly as photographed, and nobody has to be at the property.

73 Woodlands Avenue, Lugarno 5 bed·3 bath·2 car·3,709 m² Concept film. Rooms virtually furnished; people are AI-generated.

Why it works

Buyers picture the life before they read the floor plan.

Most listing videos glide through empty, quiet rooms. Ours show the house on a good night: drinks in the sunroom, canapés out of the wall oven, a swim at golden hour, coffee in bed the next morning.

Every scene starts from a real listing photo, so the kitchen is your kitchen and the pool is your pool. We add the furniture, the guests and the light. Buyers see how the place could feel, and they turn up to the inspection knowing what they'll find.

What we make

Four formats from one set of listing photos.

SignatureOpening Night

A host walks buyers through the home during a party, with guests in every room and the listing's key facts on screen as titles. Scored, mixed and finished like a TV commercial.

  • 60–90 seconds
  • 16:9 film + 9:16 reel
  • Host on camera or voice-over

For socialsThe Reel

A vertical cut for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The best room first, captions burned in for people watching on mute, and the address on the last frame.

  • 15–30 seconds
  • 9:16
  • Captions + licensed music

Your face, no shootAgent Presents

You host the film without a shoot day. We set up your on-camera likeness and voice once, with your written consent, then reuse them on your listings. You approve every line you say.

  • Your likeness + voice
  • Consent on file
  • Reused across listings

For the galleryStyled Stills

Empty rooms furnished for the portal gallery. Walls, windows, floors and fixtures stay exactly as photographed, and each image is labelled as virtually styled.

  • Labelled for portals

Watch the films

Three houses, three opening nights.

How it works

From listing photos to a finished film in a week.

No shoot day, no film crew in the vendor's house, and no styling hire.

  1. 1Day 0

    Send the listing

Photos, floor plan, copy and the portal link. If the vendor has a story about the house, send that too.

  2. 2Day 1

    Approve the script

We write the script and on-screen titles from your listing and suggest a host. You sign off before anything is made.

  3. 3Day 3

    Review the draft

A preview-quality cut of the full film. Two rounds of changes are included, down to a single shot or line.

  4. 4Day 5

    Go live

The final film in landscape and vertical, ready for realestate.com.au, Domain, your website and socials, with the disclosure card in place.

Days are business days from when we receive the listing. Need it for a weekend campaign launch? Tell us when you book.

Our rules

True to the listing, and labelled.

AI makes it easy to market a house that doesn't exist. We work the other way round, because a buyer who feels misled at the inspection is a buyer you've lost.

  • The house stays as photographed

Walls, windows, floors, fixtures, views and gardens come from your photos. We don't add pools, decks or views, and we don't hide wear or damage.

  • What's AI-made is labelled

Every film ends on a card saying which parts are AI-generated: the furniture, the guests, the host. Styled stills carry a label too.

  • The facts come from your listing

Bedrooms, land size, features and the address are checked against your listing, and every spoken line is checked word for word before you see the draft.

  • Real people only with consent

A real person appears on screen only with their written permission. Hosts we cast are invented, and we check they don't resemble anyone well known.

Questions agents ask

Before you book.

Do you need to visit the property?

No. Everything is made from the listing photos, floor plan and copy, so there's no shoot day. The vendor doesn't need to tidy up or leave the house.

Can the film show a room that wasn't photographed?

No. If a space isn't in the photos, it isn't in the film. Send us extra photos if there's a room or angle you want included.

Will buyers know the people are AI-generated?

Yes. The hosts and guests look real, which is exactly why every film ends with a disclosure card. Buyers should know what they're watching before they arrive at the inspection.

How does Agent Presents work?

You sign a consent form and send a few clear photos and a short voice recording. We set up your likeness once and use it only in films you've approved. You can withdraw consent at any time and we'll delete it.

Where can we use the film?

Anywhere you market that property: realestate.com.au, Domain, your website, socials, email and the window display. The 16:9 and 9:16 versions are sized for each.

What if the property is a rental?

Leasing films work the same way. Disclosure is already built in, which matters more in NSW from 2027, when altered rental images that could mislead must be disclosed.
